In 2009, in Shenzhen, China, young anime enthusiasts Vince Wang and his sister Stella tried to recreate a niche anime character. They searched for help everywhere, only to be repeatedly turned away:
Some said the character was too obscure to bother with.
Others were willing to try but couldn’t meet their standards for detail and sizing.
That sense of frustration—of having deep passion but no way to realize it—sparked one powerful decision:
If no one could do it, they would do it themselves.
And so, in a small room with just two sewing machines, EZcosplay was born.
They made a vow:
No dream should be stopped just because it’s “hard to find” or “too hard to make.”

As they connected with more Cosplayers, a deeper truth became clear:

All the costumes are specially tailor-made for you from scratch, and we treat each one with the utmost care and dedication. The time required to make each type of costume differs. Please see below each careful step we take to create your costume!

Place Orders
Feel free to browse through our products and email us if you have questions. When you want to purchase an item, simply click to put it into your shopping cart and fill out the required information. After you finish shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill out the billing and shipping information step by step.
Customer Service
Please look through the descriptions and pictures to gain a thorough understanding of the item, price and shipping terms before placing an order. If you are uncertain about any products, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
Our office hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Beijing Time, except for major holidays. We usually reply to customer email within 1 business day.
Size
You can choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements. We suggest that you review the information provided in the Measurement Guidebefore choosing your size.
Import Tax
Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal imports. Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax.
Order Time
Orders take 7-35 Days for delivery from tailoring to your place. The actual delivery time also depends on the shipping method you choose.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union or bank telegraphic transfer.
Shipping & Handling
You can choose economic delivery (10-16 days), standard delivery(6-10 days) and express delivery(3-5 days) to ship your order. Shipping time and charges depend on shipping method, product gross weight and shipping destinations. If you want an estimation of shipping fees for different shipping options, please put the item(s) you want to purchase in the shopping cart and click “Get a Quote”. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping notice specifying how to track your order.
Order Cancellation
All costumes ordered from us can be canceled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your costume is a one-off tailor-made for you, orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. Please be sure of the size and any other specifications before submitting your order. Orders cannot be canceled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding.
We reserve the right to reject an order. It can be due to, but not limited to, the followings:
• We are unable to confirm your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• We identity substantial risks of shipping loss at the destination
We will refund all payments if we reject an order.
